Tripod for a T2i

I was wondering if anyone knows about any good tripods ideally $150 or less that would work for a t2i. I'm looking for something that pans smoothly, if possible. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'd probably go with the Manfrotto 190XDB tripod and 494RC2 ballhead.

Whats the difference between a ball head and a fluid head? Is one for photography and the other for video?

A fluid head uses hydraulic resistance for friction and damping, which is meant to smooth out jerkiness in panning (and tilting). So yes, it is meant for video, but there is no reason why a fluid head could not be used for a still camera.
