My dell service lady has dropped off the map, so I was wondering if you guys know; my system's being exchanged because of some keyboard flex (all I wanted was a new keyboard..) so UPS are bringing me a new one. Do I have to give them my current one there and then, or do they leave the new one with a shipping label so I can return this one to them within a time limit? Trying to find out whether I need to get this one back home from university!
