samsung ps58c6500tf no hdmi signal

Hello, i bought this model tv at boxing day sale, i have connected ps3 & LG 3d Bluray Player & is my main and only tv, first i purchased some l-cheapo hdmi cables and i got "no hdmi signal", so i purchased some expensive & heavy duty ones & this was fixed, well i had my computer connected via hdmi as from last week, then yesterday i couldnt get a signal so i uninstalled and re-installed my video driver etc same issue then decieded to check the output signal from the comp to another monitor and dual display was working aok

today turned on tv "no hdmi signal" spent 2 hours troubleshooting tried reseting comp and tv changing over hdmi slots on the tv, then decided to check for update, done update and now ps3/bluray player/ and computer all = "no hdmi signal" any ideas would be apprieated, thanking you Tillo

i rang Samsung today. they are very busy i recieved a call back from them approx 4 hours later, i told the person what had happened, he said he had heard of this problem before answer is one of 2 things, he is sending out a usb for a factory reset and also said to try when i got home was to disconnect all the hdmi turn the tv off then turn it on then once it was booted to hold the EXIT button for 30secs i tried twice before it worked, it asked if i wanted to FACTORY RESET i click OK, then turned on the tv, retunned it again, plugged in the hdmi and BINGO, They are working again, Cheers 2 all
