I know there will be more because the forsythia (I used to think they were called "for Cynthia") bushes have not bloomed. We do have yellow crocus in bloom and the daffys are shooting up. We typically get one snow shower in April so it's not over yet. I do need to service the mower and get it ready soon as Spring lawn cutting can be every 4-5 days here. I should be planting snow peas next week but the back yard is a bog right now.

I should be cutting grass in 6 weeks.

But of course!

I just wonder if it's for real. It's only the middle of March.

So far we've had 175 inches of snow but Redfield (north in the mountains) has had 306 inches.

is popping up all over my yard this week, so if nature isn't fooled, looking like an early spring.

I say, when that happens, we'll only have six more weeks of winter.

and didn't have those warming spells that bring up the Spring bulbs too early. We didn't get any real heavy snowfall but what fell stayed around longer. Looks like the blooms will be around for our late Easter. That will make my wife happy.
