after final iTunes upgrde songs can't be found

I upgraded iTnes to 10.1.2. and now my music can't be found. So I went to my backup HD and ust drageed over my iTunes Music and replaced in my iTunes folder with the backup I dragged over. But I lost my play lists and all the losted song's cant be found.
