iobit software download

I am unable to download ANY iobit software from cnet. Even when trying to download from iobit home page, I get redirected back to cnet. I have tried to adjust my security settings, added cnet to trusted sites. No use. I am using ie8. Also, using firefox browser still has the same issues!
