good video editing software, URGENT

Free
Compatible with Vista
Not Video Spin or WMM


This is my computer and I have to stick with:
Core 2 Duo T5750 2.00ghz
3gb DDR2 Memory
358 MB Total available graphics memory
Mobile Intel(R) 965 Express Chipset Family
Vista Home Premium 32-bit

The video that i have to edit will have a lot of effect, 3d text
15 minute

export format doesn't really matter that much, as long as i can get it to convert to avi or wmv

the most important factor here is the word "free"

if you couldprovide me with a manual or even better, a video tutorial will be nice

i have currently the DebugMode Wax 2.0e. the user guide didn't really do much. There isn't a support forum or a better tutorial.

Nothing I've seen for free meets your specifications. Maybe in a few years something will show up.

Since it's a plugin and not a NLE then how would you use it for free?

http://cinelerra.org/docs.php may have been interesting but my bet is you use Windows and it fails some of your spec.

wax is also a stand alone program

There are very very few choices that are 'free' on Windows.
