Sharing internet connection between wireless & ethernet port

Hi,

I have a cable internet connection. I have 2 laptops and a desktop. To share connection I have a router. The desktop is connected to router via wired ethernet. And the two laptops connect to router via wireless.

Now I need to share Internet to my TV which is internet capable. But it has no wireless interface. Hence the idea is to share the internet access from wireless connection of one of the laptops to its ethernet port whic is connected to TV.

I tried this using ICS in windows XP on laptop. But when ICS is enabled on wireless connection, the wireless is unable to connect to my router.

Please help me solve the problem, or is there any software which I can use to share connection from wireless to ethernet.

But I can not offer support for it. I can only write it does work and what you need to look at the settings again and read more articles from the web,.

HOWEVER I find today's owners often install FIREWALLS or more and won't learn to configure or control them causing needless service calls.

You have the right idea but need to keep trying.

If you what a hardware solutlion, look for GAMING BRIDGE or WIFI BRIDGE.
