AVG Installation

Hi, Running XP Pro SP3 - Just uninstalled "old" 2011 restarted and tried to reinstall latest recommended by you today (#1321). Download OK, extration Ok - but then .... nothing. I have checked all of the recommendations (andministrator, etc etc) and tried several times but to no avail. Right now only protection is Advance SystemCare Professional. Please adviceThank you!!

Hello carlsson1,

Please note that only one security solution with active resident part should be installed and enabled at a time.

Disable Advanced System Care and try to perform all steps in full reinstallation instructions. Install AVG with full installation package, not with Online installer.

Should the issue persists, provide us with installation log files and with MSinfo output.

Upload requested files to your favourite online storage service and provide us with link.
