Need to repair, reinstall Win7Pro, I messed with Adobe files

32 bit. I was trying to tidy my Adobe files in Program Files, messed up my Win.7Pro computer... I can't get anything Adobe back in, plus I think I deleted a bunch of files the week before and I have programs that can't find associations. Also, even after reinstalling my HP Printer, I still can't get the scan to work. There does not seem to be a 'repair' on the disc and I'm scared to reinstall and loose everything. I do have a brain injury and don't want to mess anything up further (like lose my files which include ALL my son's wedding pictures...)

If the pictures are in Adobe Photoshop albums, you can call Adobe for help in maintaining their safety. To be on the safe side, can you make a backup to a CD/DVD, or an external drive/flash drive of the files you are concerned about?
