This started a couple days ago seemingly out of nowhere.
The "a" and minus keys don't work. The other day, minuses kept appearing in random places in words, then that stopped and "a"s started popping up after certain characters: d, f, j, k, l, and ;. Minuses pop up if I hit the "fn" key without hitting anything else. They will go on continuously until I hit another key.
Nothing changed in safe mode or when I reinstalled the keyboard driver. But I restored the system to before the problem and the "a" stopped popping up after f and j. also, if I hold down the menu key, I can type all the letters normally, but the minus things aren't fixed and I get additional problems: The semicolon button doesn't work, and although both shift buttons and the forward slash all work, I can only make a question mark using the left shift button.
What is this?
